Cor Jesu Beats Greyhounds 16-9

The CHS Girls Lacrosse team fell behind early and were not able to recover as they lost to Cor Jesu on Tuesday 16-9. Micaela Stoner and Grace Harrison scored 3 times for the Hounds and Erin Elliott added 2 goals in the loss. The Greyhounds are 7-3 for the year.

Girls Lacrosse Improves to 7-2 With Win

The CHS Girls Lacrosse Team continued their fast start this season with a 10-0 win over Whitfield on Monday, the win improves the Hounds record to 7-2. Erin Elliott scored 3 goals, while Reeves Oyster and Micaela Stoner added 2 for Clayton. Claire Centeno and Maddy Vaughn combined for the shutout.

Wrestling Review 2014-15 – BLUEPRINT

Wrestling was the other winter sport with a permanent coaching change. James Abshier took over for Clayton in 2014-2015. The wrestlers were led by senior Jared Garrett. Girls Basketball Review 2014-15 – BLUEPRINT

Under a new head coach and a new Conference, the Greyhounds continued their success, despite playing a tougher schedule. Steve McFall took over as the head girls coach after Heath Kent moved away. The girls were led by senior captain Reeves Oyster. Oyster was the team’s only senior and was given honorable mention All-Conference honors.

The CHS Girls Lacrosse team had 7 players score goals in a 14-4 victory over Notre Dame High School on Monday afternoon at Gay Field. Micaela Stoner led the way with 3 goals and an assist. Erin Elliott, Natalie Miller, Sydney Vellacott Linda Kim, and Reeves Oyster all scored twice as the Greyhounds improved their record to 5-2.

The Clayton High School Baseball team will compete in their first ever conference tournament. The Suburban Conference went through a re-alignment process over the last couple years and this is the first year we have played in our new conference.
