Wrestling Medals Two at MSB Tournament

On Wednesday night the Hounds hosted their first home Suburban Central Conference match. The team continued to improve as they went 8-2 in their 10 matches versus McCluer South Berkeley and Parkway Central. CHS Beats Ritenour in Girls Basketball

The Clayton Greyhounds Girls Basketball team overcame a slow start to defeat Ritenour Thursday night at Stuber Gym 52-44. Ritenour was able to use their size advantage to control the offensive glass as they jumped to a 11-7 first quarter lead. The Clayton Greyhounds Boys Basketball Team used a quick start in the first quarter and some solid defense to defeat MICDS Monday night at Stuber Gym 53-42. Freshman Boys Win Metro League Tourney

The Clayton Greyhound Freshman Boys Basketball Team defeated Westminister on Saturday, 53-39 to win the Metro League Boys Freshman Basketball Tourney. CHS finished 3-0 in the tourney, defeating Lutheran South 61-28 in the first round and John Burroughs 44-33 in the semi-finals, before defeating Westminister in the championship game.
